The butterfly knife is a staple of Bear & Son Cutlery. Known for its self-defense and utility purposes, the butterfly knife is very capable of being an everyday carry. The 114PK has a 440 stainless steel blade, which is rust resistant and known for its ability to hold an edge. The handles are made of an epoxy powder coated zinc, and since it is skeletonized it keeps 114PK at a light weight. At just 5 oz. and at 5″ closed it easily fits in the pocket. 

Bear & Son have a skilled and experienced work force capable of performing many of the extra hand operations that go into the making of their products. While some companies only assemble parts brought from various suppliers and put their names on the product, they do everything in house from building their own blanking dies to heat treating, grinding and assembly, and hand finishing their products.
